Week 2

Week 2 and let’s step it up. You’ll be doing 2 sets of each exercise, making sure you’ll
keep a nice and steady progression.

Week 3

Half-way there, only two more weeks to go to reach your goal of better strength and
muscular endurance. Stay focused!

Week 4

The final week of the Total Body Burner plan. Once again I’ve increased the number of
sets so you’ll be doing 4 rounds of each exercise. It’ll be tough but I’m sure you’ll
succeed.
