First week of the Total Body Burner Plan. This week we’ll kick off the workout which you’ll repeat throughout the plan. First week there’ll be 1 set of each exercise, start getting you in better shape.
Week 2 and let’s step it up. You’ll be doing 2 sets of each exercise, making sure you’ll
keep a nice and steady progression.
